Sascha Zuber – born in Switzerland in 1977 - is Chairman of the Board of Directors, founder and sole shareholder of Coventa AG in Zurich, Switzerland. Sascha Zuber started his career in 1997 at UBS in Zurich where he was responsible for private clients from Eastern Europe. 2004 he moved to Credit Suisse as Relationship Manager and deputy team head of a team in Private Banking Eastern Europe. In autumn 2006 he joined Marcuard Heritage AG - an asset management company in Zurich - as member of the management. Sascha Zuber then decided to leverage his knowledge and experience by starting his own business. In 2009 he founded Coventa AG.

Sascha Zuber is fluent in German, English and Russian.

Abdullah Demir, member of the Board of Directors of Coventa AG, was born in 1974 and grew up in the canton of Zurich. Following an apprenticeship in commerce and further training in cost control and corporate planning, he worked as a Cost Controller with UBS Card Center AG. In 2000, he joined Walser & Partner AG in Zurich, where he has been Managing Director and Partner of the Zurich office since 2003. He is a Swiss Certified Trustee (Eidgenössischer Fachausweis für Treuhänder), holds the Swiss Federal Diploma for Trust Experts (Eidgenössisches Diplom als Treuhandexperte) and is a member of TREUHAND SUISSE, the Swiss Association of Trustees (Schweizerischer Treuhänderverband) and the Lions Club of Zurich Seefeld.

Abdullah Demir speaks fluent English, German and Aramaic.
